Cuphea anagalloidea is a rare, vibrant, and highly sought-after stem plant native to Brazil. Initially introduced to the hobby under the misnomer Rotala sp. 'Araguaia', it is recognized as the very first true Cuphea species cultivated in the aquarium hobby. It features small, oval-shaped leaves and a strictly vertical growth habit, making it a spectacular color accent for nano, foreground, or mid-ground layouts.
