Description: Stepper Motor 28BYJ-48 5V DC 4-Phase 5-Wire + ULN2003 Driver Board
A 5V geared stepper motor and driver board at an incredibly low price. The stepper motor has a step angle of 5.625 degrees (64 steps per revolution) with a 64:1 ratio gearbox giving an effective 4096 pulse per revolution. See the datasheet below for the motor specification.The driver is a simple ULN2003 transistor driver for direct connection to your micro controller such as an Arduino or clone. The driver PCB is 32x35x12mm, the motor is 28mm dia x 20mm high excuding the 5mm dia x 8mm long shaft.Features:
The rotation angle of the motor is proportional to the input pulse.The motor has full torque at standstill(if the windings are energized)Precise positioning and repeatability of movement since good stepper motors have an accuracy of – 5% of a step and this error is non cumulative from one step to the next.Excellent response to starting/stopping/reversing.Very reliable since there are no contact brushes in the motor. Therefore the life of the motor is simply dependant on the life of the bearing.The motors response to digital input pulses provides open-loop control, making the motor simpler and less costly to control.It is possible to achieve very low speed synchronous rotation with a load that is directly coupled to the shaft.A wide range of rotational speeds can be realized as the speed is proportional to the frequency of the input pulses.Stepper motor 28BYJ-48 Parameters:
