Warranty:

1. Products will be delivered to the customer's home or premises if vehicle access is available. Otherwise, delivery will be made up to the point where the delivery truck can reach.
১। পণ্য গ্রাহকদের বাড়ি বা বাড়ির চত্বরে পৌঁছে দেওয়া হবে যদি ডেলিভারি যানবাহন সেখানে যেতে পারে। অন্যথায়, পণ্য সেই জায়গায় পৌঁছে দেওয়া হবে যেখানে ডেলিভারি ট্রাক পৌঁছাতে সক্ষম।

2. Delivery to individual flats/rooms is not provided by default. If a customer prefers delivery inside a flat or room, it must be informed at the time of placing the order. In such cases, an additional charge of BDT 50 per floor and per package will be applicable.
২। ফ্ল্যাট/রুমে ডেলিভারি প্রদান করা হয় না। যদি কোনো গ্রাহক ফ্ল্যাট/রুমে ডেলিভারি নিতে চান, তাহলে অর্ডার করার সময় তা জানাতে হবে। এক্ষেত্রে প্রতিটি ফ্লোর এবং প্রতিটি প্যাকেজের জন্য অতিরিক্ত ৫০ টাকা করে ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।

3. For Cash on Delivery orders, the full payment must be made at the time of delivery. If fitting service is required, the customer must call the provided number to create a service ticket. The fitting team will contact within 2–3 working days.
৩। ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে, পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় সম্পূর্ণ মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে হবে। যদি ফিটিং সার্ভিস প্রয়োজন হয়, গ্রাহককে নির্ধারিত নম্বরে কল করে সার্ভিস টিকিট তৈরি করতে হবে এবং ২–৩ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে ফিটিং সার্ভিস টিম যোগাযোগ করবে।

The will not be delivered in a fitted/assembled condition. The customer is required to complete the fitting/assembly after receiving the product.

ডেলিভারি শর্ত:
ফিটিং অবস্থায় ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হবে না। গ্রাহককে পণ্য গ্রহণের পর নিজ দায়িত্বে ফিটিং সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।
