Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Mevin 135 is to be taken empty stomach.
How Mevin 135 works

What if you forget to take Mevin 135?
If you miss a dose of Mevin 135, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Mode of Action
Mebeverine is an antispasmodic agent which exerts direct action on the GI smooth muscle.
Precaution
Caution should be exercised in porphyria or allergic reaction to this or any other medicine of this group.
Side Effect
Dizziness, headache, GI disturbances, insomnia, anorexia, decreased heart rate, hypersensitivity (e.g. urticaria, erythematous rash, angioedema).
