Ready to fry - Pani Puri Cereal Pellets

Ingredients : wheat flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, corn flour, rice flour, maize starch, turmeric, baking powder (E-500), iodized salt & edible vegetable oil.

Frying method : Heat the oil approx. 170-180°C. Put the pellets inside the frying pan. Fry in the oil for approx. 30-35 sec. Stir continuosly. Fry until golden brown.
