Ingredients: deionized

water, carbomer, triethanolamine, 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazoin-3-one,2-methyl- monopropylene, glycol, 4- isothiazolin-3-one.

Intended use: transmission media for acoustically coupling the transducer to the external body surface.

Directions for use: apply a generous layer approximately 2 cm (1 in.) in diameter of specially formulated sono ultrasound gel to the skin over the treatment area. proceed with ultrasound treatment according to instruction manual. when treatment is complete, remove sono ultrasounen gel from the skin and the ultrasound device jitha towel or tissue, clean equipment immediately after use.

Contraindications: not for internal use, i.e.,

in intraoperative, intracavitary, or biopsy applacations. not for use with a defibnllator, not for consumer use.
