The Vapex – Thailand Nasal Inhaler and Oil helps relieve nasal congestion that may be as a result of colds, flu, sinusitis or hay fever. How to use:

At the first sign of getting a cold, smear a little Vapex oil on your handkerchief and take a deep breath. Do this as regularly as you need to throughout the day, and do not forget to change your handkerchief if need be. For children, use a drop of Vapex by smearing it on their pillow at night.

You can also use Vapex by inhaling the vapors instead of using a handkerchief. For maximum effectiveness, close one nostril with your finger and inhale deeply with the other one, repeat the process with the other nostril.
